Hyundai Recalls
Hyundai is recalling the Sonata because of faulty door latches. I've said it once and I'll say it again, we need to inspect EVERY car that comes into the United States from other countries. Like South Korea for example. GM, Ford and Chrysler should be exempted from this. Drop a comment.
Honda Recalls
Honda is now recalling 400 thousand Honda Accords for defective front door latches and hundreds of thousands of other cars including a model that a friend of mine has because the airbags spontaneously explode releasing potentially deadly metal shards.

My Thoughts on the Toyota Recall.
Toyota has killed eight Americans. I am so disgusted. I hope that no one ever buys another Toyota because of this incident. The biggest thing that pissed me off was the fact that Toyota initially denied the fact that this is clearly their fault and refused to take appropriate action to resolve this matter until they were forced to by the US Government. I can't believe that it got so bad that the US Government had to step in and FORCE Toyota to be accountable. The fact that Toyota would rather kill their customers than ruin their reputation sickens me beyond belief. I hope that Congress puts them through the ringer!

GM
General Motors is in trouble. They have made some dumb decisions, and now the wrong people are suffering for the executives' wrongdoings. Despite this, I urge you to buy General Motors vehicles. You must admit that their cars are very appealing despite the reputation of the company that makes them. Many of my relatives and my friends parents work or have worked at General Motors. I love the company despite their flaws and I believe that their cars are simply unbeatable. The Japanese companies like Toyota and Honda and Nissan use ununionized workers which allows them to treat their employees like dirt, and they do just that. It bothers me how they can't treat people better. They justify this by saying that it helps lower their prices. They also keep American-made cars out of Japan by requiring an inspection on every foriegn-made car that comes into Japan. If we inspected every imported car and every imported car part like the Japanese, we could literally save the mid-western economy! I urge you to support GM, Ford, and Chrysler. They are the companies that truly move our great nation forward.
