My Birthday

My birthday has always been a very fun time for me and my family. Today marks my 14th birthday and I am very excited. On my birthday I've had a quiet celebration with my family. I have gotten some gifts and cards from relatives and I like that. I am really enjoying my birthday. Tomorrow I will have my party. This year I was very lucky that my birthday fell on a Friday. I just decided to have the party the next day, Saturday. I am inviting my good friend, Jeff go and see The Incredibles. The Incredibles looks like a very good film. (If anyone from Pixar or Disney comes across this blog, please contact me!) I like the trailers for The Incredibles.

I have had a very enjoyable birthday so far, and I would like to thank my mom (Robin) and my dad (Bill) and my sister (Lizzie) and my grandmothers (Oma and Nana). THANK YOU!!!

Fall Cleanup

Today, me and my family cleaned our house. I must say that it has turned out very well! I was, at first, very reluctant to cleaning up the house, but my dad insisted. I do not give up very easily, but after over an hour of putting it off, I decided to just get it over with! I cleaned my room. I know that it doesn't sound like much, but my mom and I were cleaning for 3 hours! I hope to possibly keep it clean for once! I don't spend a lot of time in my room, becuase I'm usually in the library or the kitchen. Usually I'm only in my room at night. At night, though I will usually find clothes on my bed from that morning.

Sometimes I will find books, papers, or other various things. I will usually dump them on the floor thinking, "Oh I'll get it tomorrow." This will add up, though I usually take some of the papers and thumb through them, throwing out the 'unnecessary' papers. I really try to keep my room clean, but things will add up after awhile. That's why my dad has fall cleanup days.

Update on iBook g4

Hi everyone. I'm kind of frustruated at the
computer industry. Especially Windows(R) (TM) ETC. They stole software from Apple Macintosh which is how they have Windows. This has made Apple Macintosh very expensive because they feel that they will just develope new software(which Windows will probably steel as well!!!). I happen to want an iBook G4. Insufficient funding has kept me from this dream as I cannot really afford $1,000! I LOVE the Apple Macintosh line of products. Well enough for now! Bye!

Typing My New Life

I love to type My New Life! I have typed over 80 pages and plan to type more. It is very fun to type My New Life. I have found so many errors that I have fixed! I love the fact that my typing speed is improving drastically.

Writing My New Life

I'm almost finished writing my 230 page novel called My New Life. My New Life is about two boys and two girls who are 'in love'. Yes, your probably thinking "Why would a male write a romance novel?". Well in all honesty I don't know. I really don't know why I started writing this book, but I did, so I kept at it and I'm almost done.

Brownell Middle School

Hi. It's me again. I'm going to tell you all about my first three days at a new school! It was a lot of fun because there is a lot more to do. At my old school, I could not do anything! I could not do anything but homework! They had no extra-curricular activities to do. The new school that I am giong to now, is a grade 6-8 school. I used to go to a school that was K-12 school. My old school has the same amount of students from grades K-12 as my new school has 6-8! It's a really big change for me, but I'll get used to it.

Looking Back on a Concrete Wall

When I look back on the incident that I had with a kid named Michael M. I feel curious. Why did he do that to me? Why was it me? What motivated him to do this? I have many questions that are left unanswered.

I feel that it would not be safe to just walk right up to the kid that did this and ask the questions to his face.

What I find very awkward about this entire situation is the fact that this kid's best friend(whose father is a phycologist) was still best friends with the kid! If my best friend attacked another kid, I would not 'be friends' with the kid any more!

The War in Iraq

This war in Iraq has been a very sad war from day one. Some say that we should not go to war with Iraq, because of our growing dependence on their oil. They say that oil prices will just continue to rise until the war is over. Others argue that if we do not take out Saddam's forces, we will have big problems in the Middle East.

I have many opinions on this topic. I believe that oil prices will go up while we are at war, but I also believe that if we do not take out Saddam's forces, we will have big problems in the Midde East.

You've seen it on TV,read about it in magizines, but you don't really know the 'full story'. You know it from the view of the press. The press, recently, has been covering a lot of the fighting, killing, and violence, but just imagine how it must feel to be a civilian in Iraq.

You may wonder,"Why has this site gone to the news junkies?" Don't worry: It hasn't. I am just trying to cover the big things in my life. When there aren't any or I feel that I should address a specific issue or issues, I will.

looking back on Spetember 11th

I look back on September 11th with chills. When I first heard about September 11th 2004, I was in shock. As you might know, there were four planes that crashed. One plane crashed somewhere in Pennsylvania. One plane crashed into the Pentagon. The last two planes crashed into 'the twin towers' or the World Trade Center. At the time of the bombing, my cousin was working in the Pentagon. She luckily was on the other side of the Pentagon. When she heard the crash, she and the other workers at the Pentagon were evacuated. We did not hear from her for weeks, and we were sure that she was dead. We did not give up hope. We would always stay on top of the news to see who died. We were lucky. Three weeks after September 11th, we got a call from my grandmother saying that she was fine. A sigh of relief fell over our family. She was safe, but many were not that lucky. About 5,000 people died from the September 11th bombings, but a few were lucky.

School

Hi. My parents arre actually thinking of sending me to a public
school!!!! This is an outrage! I cannot believe this! What are they
thinking????? I am very upset about this matter, and I really think that I
will be very unhappy, because I have gone to a PRIVATE school all of my
life. I cannot imagine going to any other place than the school that I
go to now. I have been at this school for ten years, and I cannot
imagine going anywhere but this school(up until my senior year, of
course!)!!!!

iBook G4

When I move down to my boat, I will want to have a computer there, so that I can update my website, and keep the fans happy. I will really enjoy the new iBook g4 that I will get around June 14, 2004. At first, I said June 8, 2004, but then I decided that I could not make all of the money that I needed to raise by June 8th. I then changed it to June 14th. It will be exactly what I need and more. You see; the place where I store my boat has WIFI. WIFI is wireless internet. My new laptop will have wireless internet built-in, so I will no longer need to be at home to get "online". The iBook g4 is an Apple. It has exactly what I need. It comes with games(not just 'demo's), and it has a free internet offer for 30 days. www.apple.com is where I am getting my laptop. I like Apples. They tend to be more "user-friendly". The laptop that I will get has an Apple symbol on the back that[when turned on] glows blue!!! I think that this computer is going to be a good one. The computer will also be a good computer for me because I tend to take my laptops around in my backpack. They usually have to sit inside a special, expensive, heavy case that doesn't work well anyway! Well, no more! This new laptop will have a bullet-proof outer casing! I will tell you how it goes through lots and lots of updates to this site. I am VERY excited about this new site and I will keep you all updated on the situation!

The Boat

Hi. Guess what? I will be moving down to the boat in a few weeks because that is where I go in the summer. The summer is fun down at the boat. I really love it there. When I am really enjoying it, I will write about the experience, just like the writing that you are reading right now! I know that the boat is a very good place to unwind and to relax. I have a whole new bunch of friends that I have made at the boat. They all are very good people, and have very good ideas about things. I peticularly like two people: Jeff P. and Brian L. These people are my very best friends at the boat because they are both nice and share common interests with me. We all like sailing, tennis and hanging out. We also like to play games like chess and bacgammon. I like the boat and the friends that have been made down there.
